Fred has a thorough working knowledge of the insurance industry. Involved in the creation of several corporations himself, he often consults with new and prospective business owners about their insurance needs. He brings an entrepreneur’s perspective into his decision-making process, always keeping the client’s needs in mind. Many years of insurance experience goes into every insurance recommendation.
Fred Day is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers, Director of the Day Foundation, and a member of the Crown Hill Board of Corporates. He is active in his community and local Chambers of Commerce.
Terri Milbank

Terri Milbank began her insurance career in 1989 in the small group market arena. She has been working with business owners and individuals to find insurance solutions that meet their needs with an emphasis on long-term relationships as well as excellent customer service.
She is a founding partner of Cicero Insurance Agency and Senior Insurance Plans in August of 2012. Terri continues to serve the group business market and additionally, the individual Medicare market. She is noted for her extensive knowledge of the Medicare system and products.
Terri serves on the Executive Board of the Northern Hamilton County Chamber of Commerce, is a member of other chambers and the NFIB. She is also a member of the Indianapolis Association of Health Underwriters and has served on the board. She keeps very busy with her grandchildren and is active in her church.

Originally from Marion Indiana, I moved to Florida in 1987 and started a Career in Banking. After 21 years in Banking, I decided to leave the Bank and Volunteer at the Humane Society and got involved in Dog Rescue and Transport. Missing the change of Seasons in my Home State, I decided to move back to Indiana is 2015.
I look forward to meeting Clients and helping them with their Insurance needs.
PD Willsey
Broker/Agent
PD is a third generation, licensed insurance professional with 30 plus years in the business. He started his career spending the first 15 years in a family-owned independent agency on the southside selling a full array of personal insurance products. He then spent the next decade working for an insurance carrier recruiting and training agents to sell the companies’ line of group benefit products. Most recently he worked as a marketing representative for a life insurance wholesale brokerage firm.
His affiliation with Cicero Insurance Agency brings PD full circle in the insurance business with the ability to use my years of experience to help clients with a complete line of insurance needs. Having grown up on the southside, PD now lives in Fishers with his wife, Kim.
